B2B Software Sales - Manufacturing

Our client is the market leader for manufacturing software from machine interface to MES/MOM software products. They are looking for a B2B Software Sales Executive to call on accounts in the Twin Cities area. You will be selling the most popular software solutions to improve plant operations at leading manufacturing companies.

The B2B Software Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying, developing, pursuing and closing sales for all product and service offerings. This includes segmenting customers and prospects into industry type, understanding products and services, developing sales campaigns and messaging around their core products as well as direct selling to new and developmental accounts.
Primary Duties:
  • Understand and communicate the significant value proposition of the company’s entire portfolio to prospective customers. Instill confidence among customers with your personal credibility and competency.
  • Become competent on the all products, licensing and application space from ground up. Technical training is provided.
  • Deliver webinars and/or organize technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with AE’s to penetrate key accounts with new product and services.
  • Regularly update CRM to track activity.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of B2B experience in sales related position, software preferred
  • B.A/B.S required
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in distributor sales operations, sales training, product or marketing management
  • Polished presence with ability to interact with customers as a consultative partner, not a vendor
